My account requires my parent or guardian's approval- what do I do?

When registering for a FolensHIVE student account you will have provided your parent or legal guardian's email address so that they can provide permission for you to use our app.


If you have encountered the error message "Your account requires your parent or guardian's approval for activation" then your parent or guardian will need to approve your access.

Your parent/guardian should have received an email requesting permission for you to use the FolensHIVE app. Within this email there is a link to approve permission for your usage of the our app- once this has been done you will be able to log in.

If your parent or guardian did not receive this email (make sure they check their Junk/Spam folder), or if you have any further questions at all- we will be more than happy to help- click here to contact us.
