Access to FolensOnline or FolensHIVE may be restricted due to your school's network permissions. To restore access, your school's network/firewall settings may be required to be changed.
These changes are usually made by an ICT coordinator or IT support, who need to add these servers (see below) to a list of approved "white-listed" URLs or websites for your school's network settings.**

When including these URLs in your list of approved servers, please include the wildcard symbol (*) as it appears above to ensure you encounter no issues.
