If your login details for MyFolens are not saved when you log in each day, thankfully there is a quick way to fix this.
Google Chrome
If you are using the Google Chrome internet browser, go through the following steps to ensure that your username and password can be saved:
- Open Addresses and more and ensure that the 'Save and fill addresses' option is enabled. This ensures that your username (email address) will be remembered by your browser when visiting MyFolens.
- Next open Google Password Manager and click Settings. Ensure the 'Offer to save passwords' option is enabled.
- Next, on the same page, scroll down to 'Declined sites and apps'. If there is an entry for any websites that you would prefer Chrome remembers your password for, including my.folens.ie, click the X symbol next to these to remove them from this list.
- Then click on the Passwords button on the left-hand side.
- Search for my.folens.ie. Ensure that your login details for this website are correct (if displayed here), deleting any incorrect or duplicate entries as needed.
- Lastly, visit MyFolens and input your login details. IMPORTANT- ensure you click 'Save' within Google Chrome when prompted:
- That's it! Your login details will auto-populate when you next visit MyFolens!
Microsoft Edge
- Open your wallet settings and ensure that the 'Offer to save passwords' and the 'Save and fill basic info' options are enabled. This ensures that your username (email address) and password will be remembered by your browser when visiting MyFolens.
- Next, go to Passwords / Declined sites and apps. If there is an entry for any websites that you would prefer Edge remembers your password for, including my.folens.ie, click the X symbol next to these to remove them from this list.
- Then click on the Passwords button on the left-hand side.
- Next, search for my.folens.ie. Ensure that your login details for this website are correct (if displayed here), deleting any incorrect or duplicate entries as needed.
- Lastly, visit MyFolens and input your login details. IMPORTANT- ensure you click 'Got it' within Microsoft Edge when prompted:
- That's it! Your login details will auto-populate when you next visit MyFolens!
